At Steuart Nutrition, we believe in building solutions that serve our partners for the long haul. When it comes to powder supplements, stick pack packaging isn’t just a passing trend—it’s  the future. Stick packs offer convenience, portability, and precision, making them the ideal format for hydration and daily wellness products.

Why Stick Packs?

Before we launched Steuart Nutrition, we saw two things clearly:

  1. Hydration is critical to health.
  2. Stick packs were becoming the preferred delivery system for consumers who want a convenient, effective way to get their daily nutrients.

That early insight guided our first investment—a modest two-lane stick pack machine we purchased in San Diego. It was a small start, but it allowed us to help brands scale quickly. And from that foundation, we grew—intentionally.

Built for Flexibility and Speed

Most stick pack equipment on the market is built overseas and designed for a single size. That kind of rigidity doesn’t support brand growth—it limits it.

For example, one of our clients landed a big club store order. They needed 100,000+ units, and fast. But there was a problem… the packaging supplier sent us product that didn’t work with our line. The specs didn’t match.

We’re committed to delivering for our brand partners, so we rolled up our sleeves and figured out how to hit the deadline and deliver a win. It took manual labor time, a reconfigured process (and giving up some of our margins along the way). And that was alright by us—we’re here for long-term relationships, not short-term math.

But that experience shows the value of flexibility and speed in our stick pack manufacturing process. Today, we run multiple high-speed, automated RoPack stick pack lines.

Each machine can:

  • Run any size stick pack
  • Handle any fill volume
  • Support virtually any seal pattern

Need a laser tear spout, wider pour spout, or specific pattern? We’ve got the tooling and tech to do it fast and cost-effectively.

We don’t ask our customers to compromise. We invest in solutions that help them win in the marketplace.
